This stunning handbag is made from 99% recycled fabrics, materials and sewing rubbish. It takes on average around 18-20 hours to create a handbag of this kind.

The base and lining are made from reclaimed white denim pieces and satin fabric of various colours, the design itself was created using tiny leftovers of fabrics that I had accumulated through years from my previous projects. Normally they would go into the landfill as these kinds of scraps are generally too small to reuse. But with my zero waste approach I collect them anyway and reuse in multiple different ways.
The handbag will definitely make you stand out from the crowd!

Materials: Recycled fabric scraps, metal antique brass coloured findings, bamboo handle.
